Meal Plan Monday


April 1 – April 7

MONDAY                                                                       

Breakfast: smoothies

Lunch: soup, sandwiches

Snack: apples/cheese

Dinner: lemon chicken, roasted asparagus, wild rice pilaf

 

TUESDAY

Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit

Lunch: soup/salad

Snack: popcorn

Dinner: eggplant, mushroom, and tomato pizza, salad

 

WEDNESDAY:

Breakfast: smoothies

Lunch: leftovers

Snack: apples/cheddar


 

THURSDAY:

Breakfast: eggs, toast

Lunch: out

Snack:  out

Dinner: taco salad, pineapple

 

FRIDAY:

Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit

Lunch: leftovers

Snack: veggies and hummus

Dinner: pumpkin ravioli with brown butter and sage, roasted broccoli and cauliflower

 

SATURDAY:

Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: salmon with black beansauce, jasmine rice, bok choy with oyster sauce

 

SUNDAY:

Lunch:

Dinner: cheeseburger pasta casserole


Extras:

Honey Oatmeal Bread, lemon madeleines
