Meal Plan Monday



April 8 – April 14

MONDAY                                                                       

Breakfast: oatmeal with yogurt and berries

Lunch: turkey pesto sandwich and garden vegetable soup

Snack: apples/cheese

Dinner: salmon, brown rice, spinach, salad

 

TUESDAY

Breakfast: greek yogurt and berries

Lunch: salmon pasta, green salad

Snack: popcorn and a banana

Dinner: veggie burger and salad, grilled zucchini

 

WEDNESDAY:

Breakfast: ww English muffin cottage cheese/berries

Lunch: turkey pesto sandwich, garden vegetable soup

Snack: apples/cheddar

Dinner: chicken veggie stir fry over quinoa

 

THURSDAY:

Breakfast: egg, English muffin, grapes

Lunch: salmon pasta, green salad

Snack:  apple, cheese

Dinner: taco salad, pineapple

 

FRIDAY:

Breakfast: oatmeal with yogurt and berries

Lunch: leftovers

Snack: veggies and salsa

Dinner: whole wheat pasta, turkey marinara, salad, roasted broccoli, cupcakes

 

SATURDAY:

Breakfast: english muffin banana cottage cheese toasts

Lunch: turkey pesto sandwiches and garden veggie soup

Dinner: grilled chicken, salad, and baked potato

 

SUNDAY:

Breakfast: birthday girl's choice

Lunch: out

Dinner: out
