the weekly plan

I'm going to be doing things a little differently...with Joel home, I need to start planning three meals a day. This week is pretty busy, both during the day for the girls and I, and in the evenings for me (three nights out in a row!!). So...things are low key this week.


Breakfast: Oatmeal with berries

Lunch: Beans and cornbread, salad

Dinner: Sushi happy hour


Breakfast: eggs in a nest, smoothies

Lunch: soup, cornbread, veggies/dip

Dinner: smoked brisket, potato salad, fruit salad


Breakfast: muffins, smoothies

Lunch: wraps, salad

Dinner: Black Bean/Brown Rice Salad, fruit, veggies/dip


Breakfast: oatmeal with berries

Lunch: leftover salad, fruit

Dinner: bean/cheese enchiladas verdes, salad


Breakfast: poached eggs with sauteed spinach on toast, smoothies

Lunch: sandwiches and salad

Dinner: picnic: cold chicken, pasta salad, fruit


Breakfast: pancakes, sausages

Lunch: pasta salad, fruit

Dinner: stir fry, brown rice


Breakfast: muffins, smoothies

Lunch: wraps, salad

Dinner: cream cheese chicken, noodles, salad


Whole wheat bread, blueberry muffins, zucchini bread, fruit pie or crisp for book club, sweet & sour meatballs for wine night
