I never posted the meal plan last week...my apologies.
Monday: Antipasto platter (just meats, cheeses, pickled veggies, arugula). Maybe some bread, maybe not!
Tuesday: Salad Nicoise (but I will use a Julia Child recipe)
Wednesday: Oricchiete with peas, mint, and ricotta
Thursday: Chicken Paprika Casserole, steamed broccoli
Friday: Crockpot Lentils and Sausage, salad
Saturday: leftovers
Sunday: Apple Raisin Dutch baby, eggs, sausage, fruit salad
