Dinner: salt and 5 spice chicken, steamed bok choy, brown rice
FRIDAY:
Breakfast: morning glory muffins, smoothies
Lunch: soup, grilled cheese sandwiches
Dinner: warmed garlic and olive pasta with sesame roasted sweet potatoes, salad
SATURDAY:
Breakfast: apple cinnamon ebilskever, eggs
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: split pea soup, homemade rolls, raw veggies
SUNDAY:
Breakfast: pumpkin oatmeal
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: some kind of smoked meat and trimmings…Joel is in charge!
