Dinner: goat cheese, spinach, and caramelized red onion pizza, salad, roasted veggies
SATURDAY:
Breakfast: quinoa pudding, fruit compote
Lunch: grilled roast beef, fontina, and giardinara sandwiches, salad
Dinner: corn cakes with prosciutto, spinach, and sun dried tomato salad
SUNDAY:
